Jon’s background in Real Estate goes back many years when Jon & his wife first dabbled into investment properties in the 1970’s. Over the years their passion has increased for real estate as Jon’s dad said “Son a good investment is “bricks and Mortar” you can always touch it”.
Jon’s past employment has been varied within the customer service arena. For most of his career was in the communications industry where he gained experience in sales, sales support, training, customer and staff relations.
Jon commenced in the real estate industry as a sales person in Walloon in October 1992 learning the business and gaining a number of awards within the company. In December 1993 Jon & his wife Sherrie purchased PFS in Walloon achieving another goal in our real estate adventure.
Over the years, Jon developed and implemented several systems and procedures to improve the operation of his business with the aim of providing good customer service. He believes that well trained staff in a happy work environment produce good results for the clients, the business, the staff and their families.
The industry is a hard business, with ups and downs, long hours away from family and friends. For this reason, a well-structured team and facilities ensure that the best possible service is provided to clients & staff.
In January 2018 Jon sold PFS to Karen of RealWay Property Consultants Ipswich. He is now looking forward to working as a full-time sales person. Jon has over 29 years of experience in the Ipswich and western region and is looking forward to assisting you with your real estate requirements.
