We recently used Mick at Realway Property to sell our house in Rosewood, West of Ipswich. Mick and Franchise owner Karen from the Realway, from the first day they sighted the property, were exactly the agents we needed to sell the property. I wanted honest feedback (positive or negative) to know how to improve the house and property ready for sale. Some things we agreed on and not agree on, but I accepted, they are Real Estate agents who do this every day. When I allowed them to guide us through the whole process, it was hassle free and I had to trust their judgement on the decisions. Mick and I bounced many ideas and suggestions off each other, and Mick knew my approach where I also understood his approach. Throughout the process, he highlighted what will work and not work, and was bang on each time. Mick was ahead of many factors ensuring we didn’t miss anything or leave it to last minute, either on smoke alarm installation or a document needing to be signed and submitted. In summary, we allowed agents to be a ‘real estate agent’ and even though I had expectations on what I wanted selling a house – Mick and I could have great conversations, which then always resulted in a positive outcome.
