Fees and charges were what I expected but I can only assume most Real Estates are the same , once sale has been completed there is a total lack of communication / or thanks after the event. After all, what I got was what I expected and I have no problems with that. Overall , 7.5 out of 10 . But that is just the way it is these days.....
