House was priced at a reasonable starting point and I was able to view the house at my own pace and any questions I asked were promptly answered. Right from the start there was no pressure with Valerie Fall while we were preparing to sell my Mums house. I chose her services because the reviews were good. Initially we were just after a valuation and we said we would always come back to her. She was very patient, didn't hassle us and then when the time was right (and the market had improved) we hit all systems go.
