His humour was much appreciated during the protracted settlement process. We worked as a Team and he managed to secure the top price for a 2 bedroom Queenslander in the area. Charming and down to earth bloke. Rod, I believe , got a fair price and was what I expected and was happy with. His advice and ideas were helpful and I never felt uneasy with Rods approach. Fees and charges were what I expected but I can only assume most Real Estates are the same , once sale has been completed there is a total lack of communication / or thanks after the event. After all, what I got was what I expected and I have no problems with that. Overall , 7.5 out of 10 . But that is just the way it is these days…..

When we decided to sell our investment property I contacted a number of agents for their opinion on the property and to find the right agent for us. From the start, Rod was honest and upfront about the property. He gave us great advice about what we should do to tidy the place up for sale and told us not to bother with a few things that wouldn’t matter. At that time prices were changing rapidly so he convinced us to list the property for a higher price than I thought it would sell for to test the market. In the end, he was dead right and we had a contract on the property within the first weekend for more than our list price. We couldn’t be happier with the sale result and couldn’t fault the service from Rod.
